All modulars have a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty against defects. We also provide an optional ten year RWC residential warranty that comes with your modular. Manufacture of windows, shingles and cabinets possess their own manufacturing warranties which provide coverage after the manufacturer’s warranty has lapsed.
The site work which may include well, septic, excavation, foundation, driveway, and etc. must be completed by the purchaser or the individual managing your project.
